  • Autumn Brilliance® Apple Serviceberry is a deciduous fruiting tree blossoming in April with white fragrant blooms and then bearing purple to red berries resembling blueberries in shape and color, often used in jams and jellies. Plant in moist well draining soil. Service Berry is also sometimes called Juneberry because of it’s fruiting season. Autumn Brilliance can grow in a more shrub shape with sometimes multiple trunks , or keep it trimmed as a tree. Would be wonderful addition to your permaculture border as an understory tree. Leaves turn a beautiful fall color as the seasons change.
  • Shipping Methods

Orders will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.

Orders are generally in route for 2-5 business days (depending on where you live).

We are sticklers about packaging and shipping your order in a way that guarantees healthy plants upon arrival. If plants are damaged on arrival, just let us know and we'll send you new ones or offer a full refund.

All of our plants are container grown and shipped with the soil and roots fully intact. We DO NOT ship your plants bare-root. Being shipped as a containered plant greatly reduces the risk of the plant not surviving the transit to your home.

Autumn Brilliance Apple Serviceberry

I recently ordered 3 of these and was very happy with the careful packaging and how healthy they looked. They've been in the ground for a week or so and are already sprouting new growth! I'm very happy with my purchase.

autumn brilliance apple serviceberry

I ordered 4 autumn brilliance apple serviceberry trees. They arrived in a few days and looked good. I kept them out where they would get afternoon sun for a few days and planted them yesterday on a rainy day. They are looking good so far.

Not so great quality

This is the second time I’ve had a delivery and the quality is not so good. The serviceberry “ tree” was 1/2 dead. I had to prune this to one branch that seemed to be growing. Will nurse it and see what happens. At this rate it will be 10 years before I see maturity

Wonderful Plants!

I ordered 3 different items, 2 being small trees and 1 rose bush. All items were surprisingly in great condition when they arrived! I've always been skeptical of ordering plants online and worried they would arrive barely alive. Not these ones, the soil was still moist, mostly in the pot, and all of the stems were nice and firm. No damage at all! I will absolutely be ordering from The Greenhouse again!

Order and delivery great

It was easy to find what I was looking for and place my order on your website. Notification of the delivery and the delivery itself was great. The plants are beautiful. I'm excited about my new plants.
