    I received a rosebush that was 2 inches tall had a dead stem and three leaves, it’s been a few weeks and it hasn’t improved. Unfortunately, I received a couple other plants that were really in sad shape as well, not worth the money at all. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a $10 refund, I wasn’t satisfied, lesson learned I guess.

The dormant state at delivery is normal for this time of year and besides the broken stem on your blueberry which we sent a partial refund for they appeared normal. If they are showing signs of stress and not continuing to put on growth that is another story entirely. Our last email you just said 'Thank you!' So I wrongly assumed you were satisfied with the partial refund.     I was apprehensive about ordering a rose so late in the season, but I was determined to fill that one hole that died from last year. Shipping was prompt and the rose arrived well packaged and in very good shape. Couple weeks later there is already new growth. Glad I found you in my search....

    I waited a couple or few weeks to review to see how well the purchases I made would be when they were in the ground. And I'm pleased to say they're doing very nice. I like lavander roses and can't find them here in Savannah area. I was very skeptical buying and having them shipped. Also bought decorative grass. They were packed so that damage would've been hard to do. The soil was moist and packed as so they don't get knocked around. I followed the instructions I was emailed and after 3 weeks they are doing great. I can't wait for them to mature and give me years of fragrant beautiful roses. I would recommend this company because it's obvious to me, they take care in shipping their plants.
