Princess Charlene Dr Monaco is awesome

I recently moved to Florida and it is difficult to find really beautiful roses. Some of the online nurseries charge up to fifty dollars and that is concerning as I don't know what roses can tolerate our extreme weather. I ordered this rose and it arrived with two fat buds. It bloomed and looks great. I'm placing an order for a second one. I typically only order English roses or true heirlooms but this rose is gorgeous. Plant has lumpy leaves, and deformed curly new growth. I have pruned and sprayed but it continues. Not healthy plant.
