Both of my plants died so how do I get a refund?

After a week in shipping rose arrived in amazing condition, with still moist soil and healthy. After having it almost two months planted it’s blooming and the flowers smell amazing. Definitely recommend this nursery.

Came very dried out and leaves curled up and dead. I have watered it thoroughly like the directions said but am very doubtful it can recover. I am a seasoned gardner and know when something is sick. Very disappointing. It must of fried in transit becsuse the toot ball was totally dry snd crumbly

3 bushes

The rose bushes arrived in a timely manner. The box was a little damaged but plants good. 2 were better than the 1, The 2 nicer looking ones each have buds on them. The 1 has no signs of buds. I'm so anxious to see and smell them.
