Poor customer service

Not only did I have poor customer service, when I looked up the names to get more information than was on their website none of my roses matched up with greenhouse website. I would never buy from this company again because of the poor customer service. They don’t care if they get repeat customers which I have bought at least seven more roses since dealing with them. And my husband has also bought me three more. If they had good customer service they could’ve made a lot more money cause I have a brand new yard that needs to be filled. I will be buying many many more roses and other flowers, but they will not get my business!

Thanks for taking time to leave this review. I am so sorry you felt you recieved poor service. That us never our intentio . From our previous conversation I understand you were mad because the roses you bought weren't thornless varieties even though they aren't listed as such, because they aren't. We offered a refund if you wanted to return them as they were healthy and happy plants. I'm sorry other websites listed incorrect information giving you the wrong understanding about those varieties and causing confusion for you. We don't keep listing up for out of stock plants on our website as we are constantly rotating inventory, but are happy to send our listing with all the information needed if requested for items not currently featured on our site. :)

Healthy, vibrant plant

The naked green stick I planted a month ago is now full of thick leaves and bursting with life. Thats a good sign!

I ordered 3 roses, they arrived packed well, and were a little tired from transportation, but I planted them in a big tin and they are doing great!!

Earth Angel Parfuma® Rose

With as much as I paid for these rose bushes, i really thought they would be bigger. One is growing and has even put out a bloom. The other is a sad thing, but hopefully it comes through.

I ordered 3 and all 3 came in very healthy. Canes were very green. Can’t wait to see it flowers.

Not sure if it’s Earth Angel

I got this rose plant for over a month now and it’s little but that’s not the reason why I only gave 2 starts. It had one bloom and definitely doesn’t look like earth Angel. It’s all white and it’s not cupped unlike the pictures.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your concern. It’s very normal for a young rose’s first blooms to look a little different in size, shape, or color than expected. In the first year, the plant is putting most of its energy into establishing strong roots and canes. As it matures, you’ll see the flowers become fuller and true to variety, typically by the second season.
