    DESCRIPTION

John's Elderberry is a vigorous and productive variety of the native American elderberry, prized for its abundant clusters of large, dark purple berries. Known for its reliable yields and robust growth, this cultivar is a top choice for home gardeners and commercial growers alike. Blooming in late spring to early summer, it produces flat-topped clusters of fragrant white flowers that attract pollinators, followed by heavy crops of berries in late summer.

The berries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, making them ideal for homemade jams, jellies, syrups, wines, and health supplements. While the berries require cooking before consumption, they are highly versatile in culinary applications.

John's Elderberry thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers moist, well-drained soil. It is best planted alongside another elderberry variety, such as Adams or York, to ensure optimal cross-pollination and fruit production.

    Key Features:

    • Large clusters of dark purple berries
    • Fragrant white flower clusters in spring
    • Excellent for jams, jellies, syrups, and wines
    • High in antioxidants and vitamins
    • Benefits from cross-pollination with another elderberry variety
    • Berries must be cooked before consumption

Could have packaged the 2 elderberry plants better, they didnt arrive in the best condition, i have them outside, seem to be doing well though, rethink how you package 2 plants in one long box, the current way your packaging isnt working
