DESCRIPTION

The Eden Climbing Rose (also known as Pierre de Ronsard) is a stunning and popular climbing rose variety that is well-known for its beautiful, old-fashioned blooms and vigorous growth. Strong canes make it perfect for securing to the front of your porch, fence or an arch.

Fragrance: The Eden Rose has a light, delicate fragrance that is subtle but pleasant, with a hint of a fresh apple scent mixed with a classic rose undertone. It's a gentle scent that adds a refined aroma to the garden without being overpowering.
Growth Habit: This rose is a vigorous climber, capable of reaching heights of 10 to 12 feet or more. It has a bushy growth habit and can easily be trained over arbors, trellises, walls, or fences, providing a lush, green backdrop accented with its lovely blooms.
Foliage: The leaves are dark green, glossy, and provide a beautiful contrast to the pale blooms. The foliage is generally disease-resistant, making it easier to maintain in gardens.
Hardiness: Eden Climbing Rose is hardy in USDA zones 5-9, making it suitable for a wide range of climates.

WHY CHOOSE OWN-ROOT ROSES?

✔ Stronger, more resilient plants – Own-root roses are grown from cuttings, so they develop their own natural root system, resulting in better overall vigor and longevity.

✔ True to type – Since they aren’t grafted, what you see is what you get—no risk of rootstock suckers overtaking the plant or altering bloom characteristics.

✔ Better cold and disease resistance – Own-root roses recover more easily from winter damage and tend to be more resistant to pests, diseases, and transplant shock.
