Hoping to enjoy my beautiful rose bush, growing now.

I have bought other plants from this company in the past and never had an issue. I bought this rose and the Koko Loco last summer and they were great when delivered. I planted them a few days later giving them the needed nutrients and I got a small bloom out of this rose and nothing out of the Koko Loco. After sending several back and forth emails with the company about the issue and how to correct the issue ( moving roses location, watering suggestions, nutrients to give them) both roses still ended up dying. I was only given a partial refund. I have over 4 other rose bushes in my large yard and know what to do. Not sure the issue here but was not happy with the outcome here and don't think I will be buying from this company again.
Thanks for taking time to leave a review. We were sorry to hear your honey Dijon died and issued a full refund for that back on Aug 13th. It should have posted to your account within 3-5 business days and you should have an email notifying you of the refund.

It arrived in good order but unlike other plants I've ordered, this one seems to be very weak stock. Yes, it's planted and yes, we'll see how it goes. But finding out well into the season that it isn't producing well, isn't going to make me happy. I sell flower bouquets. The quality of my flowers COUNTS.

the plant now seems very sick now, leaves almost all got eaten up by some bugs...

My first time purchasing a rose from the The Greenhouse and I am impressed. I have purchased from many nurseries and Greenhouse comes in with the best. They may not have a huge selection, but they have the rare roses that any rosarian would uproot others to acquire. I would purchase from them again.

She arrived with a bud! She immediately started putting out new growth and then she opened that gorgeous bud! What a color, I'm in love! Very happy camper with all the roses as they are all growing and looking great!

I’m pleased with my purchase. I’ll be purchasing more. Unfortunately my landscape guy did not label the plants as he planted them. Now I will have to wait till they are ready to flower to know which is which. Thank you.

I received my honey Dijon roses in good time..and they were packaged very well!!

Came perfectly boxed with no leaves. I planted it. She is growing beautifully. I cannot wait until she blooms.

My rose arrived in perfect condition and has 3 new buds on it already! I can’t wait to see them bloom.
