Plants all arrived healthy and well packaged. I like the little bags they shipped them in, that did a nice job keeping the dirt in place. Nice root systems too and they seem to have taken to planting very nicely.

I was skeptical about ordering plants online. The Greenhouse was the only nursery that had them. Plants arrived green and healthy. Excited to see how they do over winter and in the years to come.

Two of the plants arrived healthy and full. Two of them arrived with browning starting in the center of the plant. The roots appeared waterlogged when I planted them in the ground. I’m hoping that they recover fully and will grow to be healthy plants.

Three of the Kramer's Red Heather arrived in good shape. However, the fourth one is not likely to survive. I've watered and watched them carefully and used the four packets of "plant food". Any suggestions would be appreciated. It has a small stem of green on it but the rest of it is very brown. I'm sure it left in fine shape but the lengthy delivery time is exceedingly hot weather was an unfortunate factor.

Purchased approximately 10 of these this spring. They're not kidding when they say this is a fast grower. Branches currently reaching ~8 to 10 inches tall. Plush, plump (and hopefully getting plumper still as I've given them loads of room to settle into comfortable middle age spread). Looking forward to ordering more for fall planting (not ordering any now as the heat is simply too awful for sending across country). I've got a huge side sloping garden with poor soil and LOTS of sun just waiting for the next round.
Packaging was WONDERFUL. These folks love their plants and it shows. Can't wait to see these bloom in winter
