All of our plants are container grown and shipped with the soil and roots fully intact. We DO NOT ship your plants bare-root. Being shipped as a containered plant greatly reduces the risk of the plant not surviving the transit to your home.

Plant came well packed . Plant was in excellent shape. I have in my sun room until the spring when I can put outside in the ground. Has been there a couple of days and seems to like it!

Quality product, great service!

My rose plant was to arrive before a weekend out of town but then I was notified the plant would be late. I contacted customer service about how long the plant could stay boxed. They promptly answered that the package did need to be opened right away. Luckily it arrived before we left so we placed it where it would be planted and by the time we returned and got it in the ground it already sprouted new growth. Don’t be alarmed if it arrives with just stems as ours did -and some fell off. It recovered quickly.
