Well packaging but too expensive

I ordered 3 roses, well packaging so they looked good upon arrival. However, one of the 3 roses is so tiny. It has 2 main canes and their diameter around 1/10 in. The other 2 are bigger but still small comparing with other rose vendors. $40 for 2 quart potted rose is very expensive with the size.

Small but arrived.

The roses are very small, I ordered 3. Would not purchase roses from here again there are better online sites. Havemeyer lilac however is very healthy and nice size. I am happy with the lilac purchase. The snowball viburnum also very small stemmed. I hope it lives. All in all I tried a new site, now I know. It’s a chance you take purchasing on line, shipping is hard on plants. Had some notification errors with FedEx not the seller’s fault, they were polite enough via email. Packaging was ok, my roses were loosely packed in soil but pressing the dirt down and letting them “rest” they are starting to leaf out in their pots. So all in all I got my plants that i can’t buy locally.

Sadly after purchasing, one of my roses died. Customer service was so helpful and sent a replacement right away!! I’m a happy customer and will purchase from them again!
