DESCRIPTION

Sarah Sands is a classic French hybrid lilac admired for its soft, romantic blooms and strong fragrance. In mid-spring, it produces abundant panicles of double flowers in deep purple tones that softens with age as the blooms mature.

Like other Syringa vulgaris cultivars, Sarah Sands thrives in full sun and well‑drained soil and benefits from pruning immediately after flowering to support strong bloom the following season. It is cold‑hardy and long‑lived, bringing classic lilac color and scent to the spring landscape.
