Orchid Rock Rose (Cistus purpureus), has lively rose colored blooms with maroon spots and bright yellow centers. The dramatic flowers stand out well against its own lovely green foliage. This hardy shrub can handle roadside conditions and hot foundation placement. The colorful spring and early summer beauty make Orchid Rock Rose quite suitable for an accent or specimen plant. Its compact, yet spreading growth formation also make it an interesting filler plant for large garden beds that could use a good dose of early to mid-season color.

Yes. If, in the rare case your plants are damaged upon arrival, just contact us within 7 days and a full refund or exchange will be issued for those plants.

If I order now, can I delay shipping for sometime in the future?
Sure. After placing your order, just send us an email with your order number and the date you would like your order delivered.
We promise to only send you healthy, well rooted plants. If, in the rare case your plants are damaged upon arrival, or you are not completely satisfied, contact us at hello@thegreenhousepnw.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it.
If your plant(s) were damaged on arrival, we will send out replacements to you immediately at no extra charge to you.
If that plant is no longer in stock, or you prefer to not receive a replacement, we will issue full refund for any damaged plants.
In some cases, we may simply request a photo of the damaged plant to verify condition of plant before we process replacement or refund.

Hardy Plants Recovered from Deer Attack
The 4 rock roses which were delivered before schedule and in great condition in 2020, then looked to be destroyed by deer the following winter have bounced back amazingly well. This year (2022) they displayed their stunning blooms and their fragrant foliage grew vigorously and full! I am ready to shape them into the beautiful bushes I had originally imagined for this space. Meanwhile, our adopted young dog is keeping the deer away. Im very pleased!
