Plant not doing well

After one week in the soil the plant appeared to be not doing well. Can you return?

I just sent you an email to see if we can figure out why it isn't looking good. If there is ever a question or concern please reach out to hello@ thegreenhousepnw.com and we are happy to help!

Did it go dormant?

It looks dead. I planted it in a pot with lots of good drainage, ???? Maybe it will come back in the spring?

Disappointed

I received dead plants

Alicia,

I'm sorry your Hidcote didn't survive shipping in the heat wave. I'm glad you emailed so we are able to send you replacement plants! :)

Hidicote Blue

This is a more fragile lavender than I am used to. The dry air sucked the moisture clean out of it, even tho I'd hardened it off. The plant arrived in beautiful condition- just the wrong time to plant. I'll try again in the fall.

Lavender plant arrived looking parched and unfortunately died rather quickly. Great customer service provided a refund. I’ve ordered 10 plants from you and this was the only casualty!

Beautiful color

This plant arrived in fantastic condition. It was full, healthy, and had beautiful blue flowers on arrival. All of the plant’s I’ve ordered from The Greenhouse have arrived in peak condition and been transplanted with no set backs. I’ll Happily
continue to order from them.
