    DESCRIPTION

    Phlox subulata 'Emerald Blue' gives a unique gift of abundant deep-blue flowers on a thick mat of low growing needle-like foliage. Use as an edging in flower beds with spring blooming purple and reds to intensify the blue blooms. Phlox subulata 'Emerald Blue' is native to Eastern U.S. and will naturalize in a sunny, well drained spot. It will cascade slightly and looks luxuriant pouring over the side of a short retaining wall or garden trough.
