DESCRIPTION
Gold Spot Euonymus, Euonymus japonicus 'Aureovariegauts', is the reverse of Golden Euonymus in the fact that this species has golden, yellow leaves edged in a deep dark green. This hardy shrub variety is generally more tolerant of partial shade conditions and will hold the color of its distinct foliage in dabbled light. As a quick growing and showy evergreen this plant makes an exceptional privacy border or accent species. Use Gold Spot Euonymus in mass plantings to add a splash of vibrant color year-round. This plant is easily sheered and can be maintained to nearly any size or shape.
