DESCRIPTION
Hidcote Superior English Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Hidcote Superior) is a compact variety with purple flower spikes growing to about 16" tall. The silvery-green foliage remains a bit shorter and gives off its signature aromatic lavender fragrance throughout the growing season. Hidcote Superior English Lavender, is a natural for the cottage garden, but also deserves a spot in the sunny perennial bed, mixed border or container garden where it makes a lovely accent plant with its vivid summer blooms and colorful foliage.
