Order Number 50713 - arrived in poor condition and one is dead and the other two look like dying. Photos follow.

Hi James. I just sent you an email! We didn't hear anything from you so we assumed they arrived healthy and happy back on 9/23. If there is ever a concern or question about an order please reach out to hello@thegreenhousepnw.com and we are happy to help! :)

Lavender 'Munstead' the 2nd time around

Thank you for replacing the first one.

This arrived in a better condition and I am waiting to see how it does. So far it is trying to take root, I feel, so let me get back to you later, when you ask me again. The rest of my series of orders are thriving- some of the grasses have begun to bloom!

    One out of three

I ordered three lavender plants, all of which arrived together. I'm not sure which one was which, because my gardener planted all of them and didn't keep the tags. However, one of them arrived looking pretty dead. I cut it back a bit, and had him plant it anyway. The other two looked okay. The one that arrived in bad shape did not recover. One of the others is probably dead, although I keep watering it and hoping something good will happen. The third is doing okay, although certainly not thriving. Other plants of various varieties that were planted nearby at the same time are doing great. It may have been the wrong time of year to plant these during a hot Texas summer, since subsequently other sellers have delayed delivery until late August/early Autumn. I was very disappointed. Probably will not order from this seller again.

    Just emailed you! :)
