DESCRIPTION
Truly unique Mountain Pansy (Viola Blackout) is a perennial pansy that can either be left in the ground or treated as an annual. The clumps of green foliage are topped off with velvety black blooms with contrasting yellow centers. Thanks to the novelty value of black blooms, they make quite a talking-point, so give them a prominent position in your garden or plant them in pots as an attention-getting feature. They'll bloom from spring till midsummer, but if the weather gets a little too hot, they may need a trim-back to prepare them for a fall flush of blooms.
