DESCRIPTION
A gorgeous, fine textured ornamental grass, Sarbande Maiden Grass (Miscanthus sinensis Sarabande), also known as Japanese Silver Grass is a welcome addition to your plant palette. The upright foliage looks great on its own, but there are further treats in store. Bronze-gold flowers nestle between and just above the leaves to be followed by the silvery white plumes of seeds. This easy-to grow, low maintenance beauty is dormant in winter, but the tufts of foliage look wonderful in the winter landscape. Simply cut back in spring, and the whole cycle begins again.
