DESCRIPTION
Armeria has small white pom pom like flower heads on slender stems growing above a tuft mound of green grassy like foliage.
Thrift are native to seaside cliffs, and are durable perennials for most any sunny location. Would be beautiful toward the front of the garden bed as they don't get too tall. Trim off spent flowers to encourage more blooms from spring into early summer. This variety of Armeria spreads around 12 inches in a mound habit and grows up to 6 inches tall. The green foliage can stay green into winter in mild climates.
