    DESCRIPTION

Leonardo da Vinci® is a robust floribunda rose known for its perfectly formed, old-fashioned blooms and outstanding durability in the garden. The fully double flowers feature a deep rose-pink color and a classic cabbage-style shape, reminiscent of antique roses. Blooming continuously from late spring through fall, it delivers large clusters of blossoms held above healthy, dark green foliage.

This bushy, upright shrub typically reaches 3 to 4 feet tall and wide, maintaining a tidy, rounded habit. It is highly disease-resistant and weather-tolerant, with blooms that hold their form well even in rain. While only lightly fragrant, its long-lasting flowers and elegant form make it ideal for borders, formal plantings, and cutting gardens.

    Key Features:

    • Deep rose-pink, fully double, antique-style blooms

    • Continuous flowering from late spring to frost

    • Compact, upright habit: 3–4 ft. tall and wide

    • Excellent disease and weather resistance

    • Light fragrance

Leonardo da Vinci® offers timeless beauty with modern performance, making it a reliable choice for gardeners who love the look of classic roses without the high maintenance.

    WHY CHOOSE OWN-ROOT ROSES?

Stronger, more resilient plants – Own-root roses are grown from cuttings, so they develop their own natural root system, resulting in better overall vigor and longevity.

True to type – Since they aren’t grafted, what you see is what you get—no risk of rootstock suckers overtaking the plant or altering bloom characteristics.

Better cold and disease resistance – Own-root roses recover more easily from winter damage and tend to be more resistant to pests, diseases, and transplant shock.

    Leonardo da Vinci® Rose

This rose came well package and shipped fast. Was defoliated. Canes are green. Moist soil. Rose plant has small amounts of new leaves starting now, even in the mild December climate here in Oklahoma.

    Leonardo da Vinci rose

When I received my rose it was packed very well, thank you for doing that because the delivery guy put a box upside down, but my rose survived 👏👏. It is small, but looking healthy. Rose has on flower already, it is small but beautiful. Also, this precious rose survived horribly weather, living in FL. I can’t wait when it will grow bigger. Thank you The Greenhouse for a beautiful rose.

    Tiny but lively

There were not a leave when arrived and the stem is very tiny. It is not thicker than a toothpick but it is shooting out after 3 weeks. I am happy overall. Hope it keep growing.

I received this rose with 2 other that I ordered. The other 2 are fine, but this one died within a week after planting. They all received the same care.
